Rob's service from start to finish was exceptional. Spoke with him about getting a dripping bathtub faucet fixed. Walked me through how to remove the valve cover. Also correctly guesses that it was a water cartridge issue. Booked a plumber the next day and sent me a text with the ETA. The communication through out was fantastic. For some one who has never booked a plumber for a smaller job, understand that it's not cheap. And you have to consider the cost of parts if not covered under warranty. Would definitely recommend Rob and use his company again if needed.
